"I have been working with Jerry Campana since 1994 when I got my first Acura Legend. Since then, a hot red Integra, 2 MDX SUVs, 3 TLs, 1 TSX, and my latest ride a 2013 TL Tech Package. Jerry always gets me the deal I need, he figures out a way to get it done, and their great customer service and service department keeps me coming back. Their staff, from the front desk, to the guys in service check in, to their finance manager and sales manager all are great people to deal with. Eager to help and pleasant and friendly too! - Get a grip. To have adequate snow traction, a tire requires at least 6/32-inch deep tread, according to The Tire Rack. (New passenger-car tires usually have 10/32-inch of tread.) Ultrahigh-performance "summer" tires have little or no grip in snow. Even "all-season" tires don't necessarily have great snow traction: Some do, some don't. If you live where the roads are regularly covered with snow, use snow tires (sometimes called "winter tires" by tiremakers). They have a "snowflake on the mountain" symbol on the sidewall, meaning they meet a tire-industry standard for snow traction.
- Make sure you can see. Replace windshield wiper blades. Clean the inside of your windows thoroughly. Apply a water-shedding material (such as Rain-X) to the outside of all windows, including the mirrors. Make sure your windshield washer system works and is full of an anti-icing fluid. Drain older fluid by running the washers until new fluid appears: Switching fluid colors makes this easy.
- Run the air-conditioner. In order to remove condensation and frost from the interior of windows, engage your air-conditioner and select the fresh air option: It's fine to set the temperature on "hot." Many cars automatically do this when you choose the defrost setting.

"My experience at Acura of Berlin was second to none. The friendly staff treats their customers like...well...customers. The atmosphere is far different then any other dealership I have visited. Jerry (assistant sales manager), the first person at the dealership to greet me, had me driving off in a brand new Acura RDX hours later. He explained the process every step of the way and spent a great deal of time making sure I understood where ALL of the numbers were coming from. Max, the general sales manager, helped facilitate the deal towards the end. He was friendly and transparent the entire time. Jerry and Max always made sure I was comfortable with everything that was going on. In fact, at one point I asked myself if I was still purchasing a car because it certainly did not feel like it. I would recommend this dealership to anyone looking to buy an Acura. Let's be honest, there are few other cars as well made and reliable as an Acura.
